Complimentary shipping

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over R3500 (South Africa only).

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 2-6 business days. This is provided the items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email notification from us if items are on back order or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination. A signature for all shipment deliveries will be required. Please note that if you are unable to take delivery and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel sent out again. 

What if I need products urgently?

If you require products urgently: please Call / SMS / WhatsApp us on 0825830717. Provided the items are in stock, we will forward you an invoice for instant EFT payment. Our regular shipping courier does not offer same day service.  We therefore recommend you arrange for collection via your own courier, Uber or similar service.     

Damaged, lost, misplaced or stolen parcels  

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, misplaced or stolen parcels once shipment delivery has been confirmed with a valid tracking number. If a parcel is damaged, lost, misplaced or stolen, it is the responsibility of the client to track or file a claim with the shipping courier. Any issues should be directed to the shipping courier and their customer service department. Should you need any information if you need to file a claim with them, we are happy to provide it.

Returns & Refund Policy

It is important to know that all skin care purchases are made at your own discretion. We hope you will be completely delighted with your order.

However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return the product to us within 7 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Cost of original postage and return postage is non-refundable.
