Shipping Policy

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over R3500 (South Africa only). All orders are shipped within 2-8 business days (excluding Saturdays) upon receipt of your order. This is provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email notification from us if items are on back order or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination. A signature for all shipment deliveries will be required. Please note that if you are unable to take delivery and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel sent out again. Free shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized / overweight parcels.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced parcels once shipment delivery has been confirmed with a valid tracking number. If a parcel is damaged, lost, misplaced or stolen, it is the responsibility of the client to track or file a claim with the shipping courier. Any issues should be directed to the shipping courier and their customer service department. Should you need any information if you need to file a claim with them, we are happy to provide it.

Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you will be completely delighted with your order.

However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return the product to us within 7 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Cost of original postage and return postage is non-refundable.
