Scheduling an Appointment Policy

For new clients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete all necessary paperwork.

We advise that you avoid the use of sunless tanning products on the face, neck and décolleté for seven days before your appointment. Please also make a note of the details of your current home skin care regimen, your skin concerns and any recent peels, laser or corrective treatments, eyebrow tattooing, injectables and waxing that you may have recently carried out in the weeks prior to your appointment. If you are pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions or are taking medications, we request that you consult with your medical practitioner to determine which services are right for you prior to scheduling an appointment.

As most services are enjoyed without the interference of jewellery, we recommend leaving your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, we request that you kindly notify us on 082 583 0717. The clinic however reserves the right to shorten your treatment time to ensure that we are not late for the following appointment.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to alter prices without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on their individual treatment needs and personalised treatment packages purchased.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, EFT’s, Inovativ Aesthetics Gift Certificates, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Cards.

All appointments performed on the day of treatment must be paid in full that day. We do not offer accounts or payment plans.

Refund Policy

Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Skin Care Product Returns Policy

We are confident in the skin care products that we have chosen to offer you. We are happy to accept unopened, unused products for an exchange or clinic credit within 7 days of purchase, returned to our clinic location.

For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. In the case of an allergic reaction, please take a photo and contact us immediately for more information. The product must be returned to our clinic location within 3 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates Policy

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. They must be used within 12 months of purchase. Gift Certificates must be presented to be redeemed. Our cancellation policy also applies to Gift Certificates.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information remains strictly private and confidential and will not be passed onto any other party.

Children under 12 Policy

Please note, for their safety and out of respect for other clients, children under 12 years of age are not permitted at Inovativ Aesthetics.

Treatment Outcomes Policy

We will be honest in all our communications with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
